For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
1. Additional Agreement
An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract, which are supplied by VARENO or by a third party on the basis of an arrangement with VARENO.2. Withdrawal Period
The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.3. Consumer
A natural person acting outside the scope of a trade, business or profession.4. Day
A calendar day.5. Digital Content
Data produced and supplied in digital form.6. Continuous Contract
An agreement relating to the regular supply of products, services and/or digital content over a specified period.7. Durable Medium
Any instrument enabling the consumer to store information for future reference, such as email.8. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer's right to cancel the agreement within the withdrawal period.9. Distance Contract
An agreement concluded through an organized system for distance selling using only electronic means of communication.10. Model Withdrawal Form
The European model withdrawal form included in Annex I.11. VARENO
The company described in Article 2.12. Distance Communication Technology

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
- These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by VARENO and to every distance contract concluded with the consumer.
- These Terms & Conditions are made available before the agreement is concluded.
- If the agreement is concluded electronically, these Terms & Conditions will be made available digitally on a durable medium.
- If additional product or service conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision most favorable to them in the event of conflicting terms.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
- Offers with a limited validity period or subject to specific conditions shall clearly state this.
- Every offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
- Product images provide a truthful representation. Obvious errors or mistakes shall not be binding upon VARENO.
- Every offer contains sufficient information regarding the rights and obligations of the consumer.
ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT
- The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer.
- After an electronic order has been placed, the consumer will receive an order confirmation without undue delay.
- VARENO implements appropriate security measures for electronic payments.
- VARENO reserves the right to refuse orders where payment risks exist.
- Upon delivery, the consumer shall receive all legally required information in writing or digitally.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product.
- For services or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period begins on the date the agreement is concluded.
- If mandatory withdrawal information has not been provided, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months.
ARTICLE 7 – CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS DURING THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
- The consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care.
- Any depreciation resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product may be charged to the consumer.
- The consumer shall not be held liable if the legally required withdrawal information has not been provided.
ARTICLE 8 – EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The consumer must notify VARENO of the withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after notification.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.
- The consumer bears the risk of returning the product until it has been received by VARENO.
ARTICLE 9 – OBLIGATIONS OF VARENO IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
- VARENO will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Additional delivery charges are non-refundable.
ARTICLE 10 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for, among others:
- Custom-made or personalized products;
- Hygienic products with broken seals;
- Perishable goods;
- Digital content supplied after the consumer's prior consent;
- Services that have been fully performed.
ARTICLE 11 – PRICES
- All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- Price changes within three months are only permitted where required by law.
- Products subject to fluctuating market prices will clearly indicate this.
ARTICLE 12 – WARRANTY
- All products comply with applicable legal conformity requirements.
- Any additional warranty offered by VARENO does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
ARTICLE 13 – DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
VARENO aims to dispatch and deliver orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed deadlines.
Delays caused by carriers, including PostNL or other delivery services, may affect final delivery times. VARENO is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
If delivery is delayed, VARENO will inform the consumer as soon as reasonably possible.
The consumer may only terminate the agreement after granting VARENO a reasonable additional delivery period, and delivery has still not taken place within that period.
The risk of loss or damage remains with VARENO until the product has been delivered to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, unless the consumer has independently chosen a carrier not offered by VARENO.
The consumer should inspect the delivered product immediately upon receipt for visible defects or transport damage and report any complaints to VARENO within a reasonable period.
ARTICLE 14 – CONTINUOUS CONTRACTS
- Notice period of no more than one month.
- Automatic renewal only where permitted by law.
- Contracts may always be terminated after one year.
ARTICLE 15 – PAYMENT
- Payment must be made within 14 days.
- Advance payments may not exceed 50%.
- In the event of late payment, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged.
ARTICLE 16 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- Complaints may be submitted through the Contact Form.
- VARENO will respond within 14 days.
- If more time is required, the consumer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt with an estimated response time.
ARTICLE 17 – DISPUTES
All agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
ARTICLE 18 – ADDITIONAL OR DEVIATING PROVISIONS
Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions shall only be valid if agreed upon in writing and may never disadvantage the consumer.
