START A RETURN

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@yourdomain.com or use the return form available on this page.

Please include the following information where possible:

Full name
Email address
Order number
Product(s)
Quantity
Reason for return (optional)

Once we have received your request, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. You will then have 14 days to return the product.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of returning your order is the responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label from a carrier of your choice. We currently do not provide return labels or prepaid return shipping.

We recommend returning your parcel with a Track & Trace service and sharing the tracking number with us via returns@yourdomain.com. This allows us to process your return more efficiently.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that:

The product has only been used to inspect it, as you would in a physical store.
The product is returned, where possible, in its original packaging.
All accessories and included items are returned.
Your order number is included inside the package.

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may deduct an amount for depreciation.

Examples include:

Scratches on the watch crystal or case
Bent or damaged components
Dirt or stains
Other visible signs of wear

If the product is no longer suitable for resale, the depreciation may amount to the full purchase price.

INSPECTION & REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, it will be carefully inspected.

We process refunds within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped.

For a complete return, any standard shipping costs originally paid will also be refunded.

For partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
